AKA Cold Spicy Chewy Noodles. I tried this dish in Korea back in October and loved it, so I wanted to make it when I got back home to Canada. First time I made it was from a kit, but this time I used a recipe from the Korean Home Cooking cookbook (highly recommended). It was delicious!
My noodles were not quite as chewy as the original; I used “Chewy and Thin Wheat Noodles” (Sempio brand). Most recipes call for fresh noodles, but these were dry noodles which might account for the difference.
