These carnivore cream cheese bites are 3 ingredient, 10 minute wonders without carbs. The cream cheese inside stays perfectly creamy while the crushed pork rind coating delivers an ultra-crispy crunch. This easy-to-make treat is air-fried to golden perfection – some might even call it a carnivore dessert. Serve them up as a snack, appetizer, or dessert, and watch them disappear faster than you can make them!
Ingredients
2 eggs , slightly beaten
8 oz cream cheese , cold brick sliced
2 oz pork rinds , crushed
Instructions
Slice cream cheese into 6-8 equal pieces. Roll into balls.
Beat eggs with a fork in a small bowl. Set aside.
Crush pork rinds with a mallet in a medium bowl. Pour into a separate bowl.
Dip cream cheese balls in egg wash.
Coat with crushed pork rinds. Press and shake off excess.
Air fry at 400°F / 205°C for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
Cool slightly, then serve immediately.

Thank you for a really good looking carnivore recipe! I will make this soon using Pork King Good pork rinds.
Do you have a ketovore recipe for maple nut fudge?
And have you tried making cookies with pork rinds or meat flour instead of nut flour? I don’t know if that would work but I’m interested in trying a recipe like that.
I love your videos!
Thankyou..😊
These look so delicious! Dessert is the #1 thing I miss on the carnivore diet and these look fantastic.
Could also add in some bacon bits. Just an idea!
Looks so delicious I got Phil cream cheese, eggs but no pork rinds
btw you have a beautiful voice
I’m curious
Did you by any chance sing “Happy Birthday Mr. President” before?
YES. Honey drizzle sets it over the top.
Legit carnivore does not include cream cheese–this is keto NOT carnivore
These look delicious! I’m making them now, thank you so much for sharing!👍🏻
