I was so proud of the shape before baking it and when I took it out. I let it rest for about 2hrs before cutting into it…I find that it was gummy 😭but internal temp was btw 205-210°. I baked at 450° for 30 mins and then uncovered for 20 mins at 425°. Google says I didn’t let it ferment long enough. So I will try again another day.
