Mad Dog is the only sauce I’ve ever eaten that was so hot for me that I threw up. As a rule I don’t keep anything in the house much hotter than a simple habanero sauce. Mad Dog nearly ruined me. Great flavor. Just too hot.
That’s one of my favorites and probably the hottest that i have currently open. I did buy the “pure gold” recently though and I think that one is hotter but I’m not sure.

I’ve had this one and actually finished the bottle. Very much enjoyed it in moderation, good flavor IMO.
The hellfire doomed was the hottest sauce I’ve ever had. Tried it, regretted it, threw it away because I saw it as a danger to keep in the house and don’t think I would ever use it all.
Kept worrying my dad would grab it by accident and I would have to take his ass to the hospital.

The taste is so good though. Alot of people don’t understand that spicy sauces don’t all have to taste like Da Bomb

TC’s Post Armaggeddon. I buy one each year. Probably on my 10th bottle. Just a few dab’s will do ya. However, his Smokin’ Habs is probably one of the greatest sauces I’ve ever tried. I can easily finish the bottle in a few weeks.
Mad dog plutonium 9 million scoville extract. I would never buy it, because it’s like $125 or something stupid like that. But, a friend gave it to me because he couldn’t handle it. I can’t handle it either. I dipped a toothpick in it and stirred it into a bowl of clam chowder and then had cap cramps and diarrhea for 4 hours. That was 5 years ago, and I will never touch it again. LOL. It just sits on the shelf as a trophy to my stupidity now

Without added extract it’s between f*ck me that’s hot, EAFO, gator sauce and garlic reaper.

I have 3 fucking bottles of Dave’s insanity sauce that was sent to me by accident by Dave’s. I ordered their habanero and red pepper “salad dressings” that go wonderfully on chicken and rice. I got 6 botttles of insanity sauce instead.
I threw half of them away and part of me can’t throw the rest of them away because “what if” but I know I’m never going to touch this shit.

Has anyone ever done a scoville rating on maddog 357? I’m curious if it’s hotter than a fresh habanero pepper (200-300k scoville)

Right now just some Pain is Good Jamaican Jerk and a bottle of Shit the Bed are the only two that are notably hot that I have on hand.

Never tried Mad Dog, but heard great things. Dave’s Ghost Pepper, while I admit does not taste great, I only comfortably enjoy 4-5 big drops per each bloody mary / virgin bloody mary I drink. Any more than that and I start to sweat.

Mad dog 357 is my hottest sauce. I also have Blair’s mega death which some say is around the same heat but for me mad dog is way worse. It gets me to this point where I feel like “nope. I’m good here. I’m just gonna sit out for a bit and ride this.” I don’t need anything hotter and I rarely use it. Probably used 1/3rd of the bottle in about 3/4 years.
