Excuse the enormous bowl. I misjudged the volume, clearly. However, this is a big old bowl of soup with 411 calories, 49g of protein, and a bunch of nutrients from the greens. Easily customizable to your liking, but this was delicious.
Everything except the veggies were thrown in a pot at once, along with a cup of water. The rice was dry, the chicken cooked (but raw weight). Turn on high, boil for 10 minutes, throw the veggies in, boil for another 10 minutes.
