Ground up some pork rinds and added 10% Parmesan cheese to it and then dipped the meat in eggs and breaded them

8 minutes in air fryer (200c)

Dip is just store bought chili sauce and the veggies seem self explanatory

    Looks. What temp on air fryer and how long. In the US you can buy pork rinds already ground up. It’s my lazy time
