Ingredients for 2 portions:
•2 salmon fillets of ~200g
For the marinade:
•1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
•1 teaspoon of honey
•1 teaspoon of old mustard
•1 tablespoon of soy sauce
• salt
For the side dish :
•1/2 avocado
•1/2 mango
•1/2 small red onion previously soaked in vinegar
•a few torn basil leaves
•juice of 1/2 lemon
•salt, pepper

Preparation:
🐟Mix a fork l ‘olive oil, old mustard, honey, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Then spread the salmon fillet and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes
🐟Place the salmon fillets in a baking tray covered with baking paper, bake at 180 for 15 minutes.
🐟Cut the avocado and mango into cubes, chop the onion finely, mix, also add the broken basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil.
🐟Serve the salmon with a side of avocado and mango.
