Used brown rice and flavoured the batch with some prawn oil. The caloric difference between brown rice and white rice turns out to be negligible so honestly an L on my part. Also apparently Australian brown rice is high in arsenic lol

    I recommend blending the cottage cheese if you don’t like the texture of it as is. Personally I’d blend with some sugar free pudding mix to make it more dessert like lol
