There are 588 restaurants participating in the winter edition of NYC Restaurant Week from January 21–February 9. Many (most?) aren't worth seeking out (see: Times Square Hard Rock Cafe), but a handful have received Michelin stars and are a great value. I combed through the list to find the starred restaurants so you don't have to:
Crown Shy (1 star, Financial District) – offering a $60, 3-course prix-fixe dinner w/ optional add-ons (menu)
Francie (1 star, Williamsburg) – offering a $65, 3-course prix-fixe dinner (menu)
Gramercy Tavern (1 star, Gramercy) – offering a $60, 3-course prix-fixe lunch w/ optional add-ons (menu)
Le Pavillion (1 star, Midtown) – offering a $60, 2-course & $70, 3-course prix-fixe lunch (menu)
The Bar Room at The Modern (1 star, Midtown) – offering a $45 2-course prix-fixe lunch & $60, 3-course prix-fixe dinner (menu)
Would love to hear your Restaurant Week reviews from this list!

I had such an awful main at the bar room last year. Like it was a lobster ravioli in some vile mix of pickled chilli’s and oil. Shame because beef tartare was a great app.
Can we rename it to NYC Add-on week?
Ooooooh thanks for this!
Francie menu looks weak to me
Gramercy Tavern was great! I went for my bday last summer and they gave me a free hummingbird cake slice even though I was only there for RW. I feel like the value is def there too.
