I feel like this sub talks quite a bit about a desire for more filipino options in town – figured I'd share this. one of Underdog's chefs moved from the phillipines in 2020 and they're handing her the reins for a night. Might help create an opportunity for something more permanent. $55 for four courses feels like a decent deal, too.
