Finally in the area on a day It's open and it's everything that you've heard. The line is long but moves quickly and the free miller lites make that a little easier. Wife got the 1 meat plate with turkey, pinto beans and dirty rice. I got the trinity plate with fatty brisket and garlic sausage, cucumber salad and tator casserole. We also got a dino beef rib and a cornbread pudding. Every aspect of this meal was a home run and we'll be back on a sunday to try the prime rib. Also, im sure a couple of y'all were in line, so i want to say that everybodies waiting in line behavior was also great. Boisterous and excited without being grating. I usually grade bbq on whether i would use it to introduce someone to TX style bbq and this place is one of a kind for that.
