Ingredients:
🔸Strawberry – 300g
🔸Arugula – 280g
🔸Helmed walnuts – 65g
🔸Yuzu sauce Tamaki – 50ml
🔸Olive oil – 50ml
🔸Salt – 4g
🔸Ground black pepper – 2g
Cooking method:
1. Fry walnuts until golden brown, lightly chop.
2. Remove the leaves from the strawberries and cut the berries into four parts.
3. Combine olive oil and Yuzu sauce Tamaki, stir, add ground black pepper and salt.
4. Place arugula on plates, sliced strawberries on top, and pour dressing over salad.
5. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
