

It’s cold in DC, so I made dakkalbi (spicy chicken and vegetables) and Nutella filled bungeoppang (fish shaped stuffed waffles). The Dakkalbi I used a whole potato so the starch thickened the sauce more than you’d usually have it. I also put in like 1/4 the gochugaru because I’m still working on my spice tolerance 😅. BTW you can get Bungeoppang irons cheaply online, but unless you get an electric one you need a gas stove.
