    I'm half tunisian and harissa is a very traditionally tunisian staple (even used as a spread on sandwiches :3), so I love that you're sharing it. the harissa I'm familiar with is way thicker and more orange in colour, yours looks a bit like ajvar to me personally. I wonder if it still tastes the same though !! I never had it from a glass jar before.
