220 g active starter, 1000 g flour, 750 g water. ( I followed Emily on TikTok starter from scratch to cooking).
I did maybe 6 or 7 sets of stretch and folds and then put it on the fridge over night & then in the morning did one more and it was ready to bake.
Looking for feedback – this is my first loaf and would love to know tips and tricks!
