¼ cup tahini
1 tbsp sriracha, date sweetened
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt to taste
½ cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all the ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth.

  4. I just made a simple tahini dressing tonight (lemon juice, garlic, black pepper), I will have to try this! I’ll even add the dates!

  5. I use your Lemon-Cilantro Dressing and made my own, eliminating the Cilantro and used Parsley instead. Added in grated Ginger Root and 1 tsp of Maple Syrup. The next day, I used it again still leaving out the Cilantro (I didn’t have it on hand) and put in 1/4 Tahini, Ginger, 3 Pitted Medjool Dates and about 2 cups water. It came out awesome! I had to taste it for you, of course 😀❗️
