Also curious if you’ve had Clark Crew? I recently went to the one in Tulsa and was disappointed with the ribs, but thought the burnt ends were fantastic, as were the beans. Ill be in OKC next weekend so might grab some bbq.

Went there a few weeks ago. Was not good bbq. Brisket was dry and undercooked, sides weren’t good, ribs were good but just about average.
