1/4 cup quinoa, 2 tablespoons Fage 5% Greek yogurt, 10 or so black berries, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 banana, squirt of lime. I won’t post the calories because I don’t think you’re supposed to here, but it’s higher than I wanted it to be for sure. However I could feel my body literally getting weak going up the stairs so I felt like this would help
