    * quinoa and barley bowls with roasted sweet potato, halloumi, broccoli, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes
    * fried rice paper dumplings with tofu, cabbage, mushrooms, carrots and lao gan ma
    * japanese curry with shrimp tempura and a side salad
    * veggie enchiladas with black beans, onions, broccoli, peppers and spinach
