Two briskets(30lbs) and two racks of side ribs for $152 after discounts (for my area this is a good deal). The briskets I froze as they will become Montreal smoked meat in the future, the ribs I had for dinner tonight with garlic mash, roasted kalettes, and a bit of roast chicken.
