I made homemade chicken bone broth with a pouch of pho spices and let it simmer for a few hours. Then I refrigerated it and spooned off the fat.
It’s one of my favorite low-calorie weekday lunches and keeps me full for hours. I freeze the broth, and it only takes a few minutes to reheat and assemble the whole meal. I just add some chicken breast and let it cook while I chop up the herbs.

I usually add more chicken but 90g is all I had today.
