It has a soft, airy texture with a slightly crisp crust, thanks to the generous drizzle of olive oil before baking. Today, I added some Nutella to this dough. You can also add any filling you like to make it even more flavorful! Perfect for any occasion, focaccia is a versatile bread that’s both satisfying and delightful!
Ingredients:
Dough:
400 g (2.67 cups) all-purpose flour
290 ml (1.2 cups) water
12 g (1 tbsp) sugar
4 g (0.8 tsp) salt
4 g (1.3 tsp) yeast
30 g (2 tbsps) olive oil
Filling:
100 g Nutella
Preheated the oven to 350℉/180℃,bake for 25 minutes. Then increase to 425℉/220℃,bake for 5 minutes.
