1/2 pack kunafa dough 1/4 cup ghee or butter 1 cup pistachio paste/butter 3/4 cup cream cheese 2 tablespoons powdered sugar optional 1 cup chopped chocolate 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Cut up kunafa dough, put it in a pot with the key or butter and cook it until it’s brown, then let it cool down. Fastest way is to put it in the fridge. If the pistachio paste is already creamy, you don’t have to melt it. If it’s hard and put it in the microwave for about 15 seconds to 20 seconds. Then edit into the ball with the Kunafa dough and mix it all around.. you can use any kind of molds. I use little bowls about 3 inches wide at plastic wrap into the bowl. If you’re going to use the cream cheese with the powdered sugar, mix it now otherwise go and mix the cream cheese and then make them into a ball good enough to fit in the middle of the bowl. Fill up the bowl with the pistachio paste play the cream cheese ball in the middle of the bowl and it should just fit then close it up with the wrap and put it in the fridge until it hardens up. Meanwhile, heat up the heavy whipping cream for about a minute. Put your chocolate into the heavy cream and let us there about 3 to 4 minutes. Mix it around until it looks like thick chocolate. When the Dubai cheese bomb is ready, take it out of the fridge put the chocolate ganache on top melt some of the pistachio face and drizzle it and it’s ready to eat.
