Horsetooth is tasty (kinda) zesty sweet, will probably go great on anything not very hot. I don't really like vinegar sauces, but this ones alright.
Right one is sweaty hot, tasty.
Left is vile.

El Yucateco has always been a great table option for helping out bland salsa at restaurants and they’re always pretty good even on its own, so I’m not surprised. They definitely know what they’re doing. I haven’t tried that one before, though, so now I want to.

El yucateco is beautiful in all flavors. If I had to choose I’d go with the green as my favorite. The xxx or whatever is a close 2nd
