I had a coworker who used to eat sardines for lunch all the time when we working out in the field back in the 90’s. It took decades for me to discover sardines, herring, and especially kippered herring (which I love). This is what happens when you have a father who hates oily fish because he was always given cod liver oil as a child in the 50’s.
