Hello! I am learning recently how to log and track calories and I am bad at estimates when I am not the one who prepared the meal. Please help!

First picture:
• striploin 200g (7oz) (size was not listed on menu and is a guess. I regret not taking a better picture of the steak by itself to help with the estimate)
• red onion on top of steak
• sautéed mushroom (there weren't many, my guess is 25g)
• 4 stalks of asparagus (I ate one before I took the picture, same size as the others)
• steakhouse fries and aioli

Second picture:
• slice of apple pie
• crème brûlée
• chocolate fondant
• a scoop of vanilla ice cream with a swirl of whip cream next to it
• chocolate sauce, berries and crushed nuts

I also had two 240ml (8oz) irish coffees with whip cream on both

striploin with butter for 7 oz would prolly be ~500kcal.
400kcal for those fries. Oil and veggies would prolly be another 50kcal, which gives approx. 1000kcal for the first pic.

apple pie depending on the size, looks like 200kcal to me. Creme brulee 400kcal. chocolate fondant 300kcal. scoop of vanilla icecream 150kcal. whipcream and others would prolly add another 100kcal. Second pic looks like another 1100-1200 kcal.

Lastly, the irish cream coffee would be around 150-200kcal.

I’ll let you do the math!
