2021 Saxum “Paderewski Vineyard” Paso Robles Rhone Blend Magnum
Another purple wine. Coffee, chocolate, dark flowers and berries, very young and explosive. Tremendous nose.

My first guess was that a 2021 magnum would be very young. I’m drinking my stuff from the 2008 vintages or there about and those are doing quite nice now.

Nice! Just drank my 05 Saxum, they need a ton of time to age in my opinion

What’s your typical minimum bottle age for opening a Saxum? I finally was able to get a few bottles from 2019. Haven’t popped one yet.
