    I’m curious what the normal price per pound is for a whole brisket would be at your HEB versus just this point cut. If I had the choice, I would buy just points and smoke those for sliced brisket like you did. Jealous!

    How does the point alone end up versus cooking it attached to the flat? Seems it might throw it off.
