Made some Milk bread / brioche hybrid buns and they were fantastic! First bite, and the bun was the predominant flavor. Really nice and yeasty and nutty. Perfect texture and held together well.
Also picked up some black truffle oil so I gave my fries a toss and they were great!
Next up is fish n chips. I’m making a kombu seasoning for the chips inspired by my favorite restaurant in London: Fallow

Mind posting the brioche recipe. It sounds like something I Would enjoy making/eating. BTW, your presentation is very good, hope it tasted as good as it looks.
