    ***Nutrients per serving***
    Fat 19g
    Net Carbs 9g
    Proteins 38g

    ***Ingredients (12)***
    Lamb shoulder, sliced – 1.5 kg
    Olive oil – 2 tbsp
    Carrots – 2 pcs
    Onion – 2 pcs
    Celery – 4 pcs
    Garlic 2 – clove
    Red wine – 2 dl
    Crushed tomatoes – 2 boxes
    Aleppo Pepper – 0.5 tsp
    **** For the Gremolata***
    Lemon peel – 1 pc
    Garlic – 1 clove
    Leaved parsley – 1 dl

    ***Directions***
    *1. Preparations*​
    Cut the lamb leg into 2-3 cm thick slices.
    Cut the vegetables into fairly large pieces.
    Chop the garlic

    *2. Make the casserole*
    Brown the meat in the oil.
    Take it out and brown the vegetables in the same pot.
    Boil out the pan with red wine
    Place the meat and vegetables back into the pot.
    Add the tomatoes
    Season with chili flakes, salt and pepper.
    Put a lid on the pot and put it in the oven for 3-4 hours at 120 degrees.

    *3. Lag gremolata*
    Chop parsley and garlic.
    Grate the zest from the lemon.
    Mix together

    *4. Server*
    Season with spices
    Spread the gremolata over the top just before serving.
    Serve with rice, mashed potatoes or bread
