I love working here and also I've to stand for 5-8 hours. I'm 75 kg and 6 feet, can anyone recommend me any shoes?

Get compression socks and industry-grade, slip proof shoes with memory foam
Edit: get the memory foam that’s integrated into the shoes themselves. If you get the inserts some people report they’ve messed up their spinal alignment especially if you regularly carry heavy things.

Compression socks make a huge difference! I wanted to love danskos but they gave me major sciatic issues. So far my favorite shoes have been Blundstones! They took about a week to break in but have been my most comfy option

Wow!!! It certainly IS cool! I stand all day also and switch off several pairs of support shoes. My back hurts also! 🥺
