
Snowed in here in New Orleans. Not many people here will ever be able to say they grilled in the snow, but I can. Even if it was just something simple. Loving the capability of this thing.

I did this a few weeks ago when we got a heavy snow in NE Texas. It took damned near a whole basket of charcoal to do a batch of wings at 400F. Probably 2-3x as much charcoal as normal. How much of a difference did you notice?
I grilled a whole chicken on mine in the 504 also. Gonna make stock all day tomorrow since work is cancelled.
