    Red team: 50 mistakes (30 service mistakes) – LOSING TEAM

    Carolann – ELIMINATED – 10 mistakes, 8 service mistakes (hid in desserts station, didn't help, didn't sweat, hadn't served any dessert while her team was having problems, turned her back on her team showing that she didn't understand that it's a team competition , admitted to being inexperienced, unfamiliar with kitchen, showed that she cannot handle it)

    Jimmy – 12 mistakes, 7 service mistakes (appearance, bitter garnish, dry chicken, overcooked and raw, lamb on the pass looked like dog food and served anyway, slowness, burned his hand and dropped lamb, delaying the table)

    Jeff – 10 mistakes, 6 service mistakes (salty mushroom, overcooked steak, rating of one, difficulty taking something out of the oven, confused with orders, delay in delivering orders, wanted to rush chef, irritated customers, let them go out of restaurant and was not a good waiter)

    Dewberry – 7 mistakes, 4 service mistakes (tripped with champagne in hand, overcooked spaghetti, looks like children's food, didn't help, movement, lack of energy and interest)

    Chris – 6 mistakes, 3 service mistakes (raw fish, said it wasn't raw and didn't understand chef's language, overcooked fish on the pass meant the entire table had to be redone

    Elsie – 5 mistakes, 2 service mistakes (cut finger, almost fainted, appearance, risotto stuck to the pass)

    Andrew- 9 mistakes, 7 service mistakes (dish made chef spit, lack of salt, didn't answer chef, wanted chef to come to him to see his dish, didn't answer chef's question, customers didn't like his deserts)

    Wendy – 7 mistakes, 4 service mistakes (Chinese sausage, she told the chef she would have made lobster if she had known he was coming but she knew he was coming, didn't answer chef, she made the garnish without potatoes because she forgot and had to redo it

    Michael: 7 mistakes, 2 service mistakes (left roe in the scallop, spoke very quietly, said it was good, proving to have a palate like a cow's ass because dish was disgusting, ran out of lobster in the spaghetti and wanted to take it out of the menu instead of doing it fresh)

    Ralph – 4 mistakes, 3 service mistakes (signature dish was “shit”, took too long to go to the dining room, told customers waiting to go talk to the chef on the pass, let customers leave)

    Jessica – 4 mistakes, 3 service mistakes (too spicy, didn't answered chef, kept saying she didn't know what to do instead of concentrating)

    Dewberry – ELIMINATED: 18 service mistakes (didn't taste pasta, stood in front of chef without saying anything, Wellington overcooked on the pass meant the order had to be redone, tried to escape the station, got confused, admitted he didn't know what he was doing, said he only knows how to make spaghetti, set the frying pan on fire, communication, took his time with the wellington, times, abandoned his position, admitted he wasn't interested, was a coward, doesn't inspire, isn't a leader

    Jeff: 10 mistakes, 9 service mistakes (only one squid, took a long time with the spinach, kept saying he had the garnish, the puree burned and he didn't change the pan because he wanted to use just one side, saved the burnt puree, dropped vegetables, just one squab, problems with garnish delayed the kitchen

    Chris: 7 mistakes (despite being executive chef he was 7 minutes late and was the last to arrive leaving his team waiting, squid skin, squid tail, hole under the squid, just one squid)

    Elsie – 2 mistakes, 1 service mistake (only one squid, needed help with fish)

    Jimmy – 1 mistake (just one squid)

    Blue team: 23 mistakes, 17 service mistakes – WINNING TEAM

    Wendy: 8 mistakes, 4 service mistakes (tore under squid, forgot to remove the skin from the squid, no squid, blamed squid and said excuses, took a while with the risottos, crispy rice on the pass, needed help with the risotto)

    Andrew: 8 mistakes, 6 service mistakes (hole under the squid, no squid, disorganization, fight for control of the sqtation, said wellington was good, meat station is not working as a team, tried to blame Mary Ellen)

    Mary Ellen: 4 service mistakes (took a long time with the Caesar salad, didn't follow her instincts and took the Wellington to pass, meat station is not working as a team)

    Michael – 2 service mistakes (complained it was hot and laughed)
