I purchased a mixed tray of chilli seedlings and long since lost the tag. I believe it ought be a Thai birds eye chilli, however photos of others seem to "hang" from the plant rather than grow in every other direction.
Would appreciate any opinions on this (and preservation options.. will dry a few, but it's pretty bountiful harvest).

Yes it’s look like Birds eye pepper or tabasco pepper.
It’s an ornamental annuum variety.
Could be basket of fire
Little bit of Super Chili vibe

I grew some pequins that looked similar to those
Looks similar to tabasco. I grew them last summer, the pepper is usually larger than thai and grows straight up.
Kinda look like the Tabasco peppers I grew last season.

I don’t know what it is bit itnlooks healthy. Beautiful foliage.
Thai birdseye can be multiple different cultivars (upwards of 200 cultivars, from my understanding) which can grow up or down, or in every direction.
If it is tobasco, make tobasco sauce. I did it a few years back when I had a large harvest. It was easy! You can easily google a fast recipe. Good luck!
Looks like Tabasco.
Home Depot garden calls them “ornamental “ I’m overwintering some now.
