~400 calories depending on the size of sweet potato and amount of avocado. Baked sweet potato, canned corn and kidney beans mixed with taco spices (garlic powder, onion powder, coriander, cumin, paprika, salt, dash of cayenne + tiny spritz of avocado oil), half small avocado (I weigh mine for accuracy), nonfat Greek yogurt mixed with garlic powder as “sour cream”

Soooo gooood and filling
