👉 Ingredients:
You need:
Whole Wheat Flour 200 gms
Yeast 8 gms
Warm Water 150 ml
Sugar ½ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Olive Oil 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp
Onion (julienne) ½ (size medium)
Bell Peppers (julienne) ¼ cup + few cuts
Olives (pitted & sliced) 5 gms
Cherry Tomatoes 5 nos
Rosemary Dried 1 tsp + 1 tsp
Sea Salt 1 gm
Method:
 In a saucepan, warm water. Add sugar and yeast and keep aside until it turns frothy.
 In a frying pan, add 2 tbsp olive oil, add onions and ¼ cup bell peppers. Sauté just for
2-3 minutes. Keep aside to cool down.
 In another bowl, take whole wheat flour, salt, 1 tsp dried rosemary and 2 tbsp olive
oil.
 Add yeast solution into the flour and start kneading to a soft dough.
 Once the dough is smooth and soft, add sautéed veggies in the dough and keep
kneading until all incorporated.
 Grease a tray with olive oil, and shift your dough into the tray, flattening it all over
the tray. Garnish the dough with remaining juliennes of bell peppers, sliced olives,
and cherry tomatoes.
 Sprinkle dried rosemary and sea salt.
 Proof the dough till it doubles in size.
 Pre heat the oven at 180C and microwave at 190C for 10 mins. Once the dough
doubles in size, bake in OTG or microwave for 20-25 minutes.
 Once baked, drizzle olive oil over the bread. Demould and cut squares and serve
warm.
