And no that's not a massive pile of curry powder there are other spices in there.

    There’s a company called Maggi who’ve been making noodles for decades and is the most popular brand in India who very specifically make curry flavored noodles. Amongst many others.

    Today I had some curry chicken croquettes alongside my red garnet ramen at jinya.

    Yeah, curry/masala is great and curry ramen / spice ramen is becoming more popular in Japan recently.

    Using leftover ramen broth at home to make curry is also a fantastic idea. Some old school ramen shops even offer small curry bowls on the side where they do exactly that. Good stuff.
