-1 Can of Jackfruit ( i boiled it in water with Nori nd Sea Salt to give it a βSaltfishβ flavor)
-Tomato,Onion,Garlic,Thyme
Pan fry everything nd surely cook the water out of the jackfruit before adding the Ackee
This is a vegan twist on Jamaicas national dish Ackee nd Saltfish
I served it over coconut basmati rice

Love the idea of jackfruit “saltfish”! How long did you boil it with the nori and salt?
About 10-15 minutes nd i put 3 sheets of Nori
