-2 cans of Ackee
-1 Can of Jackfruit ( i boiled it in water with Nori nd Sea Salt to give it a β€œSaltfish” flavor)
-Tomato,Onion,Garlic,Thyme

Pan fry everything nd surely cook the water out of the jackfruit before adding the Ackee

This is a vegan twist on Jamaicas national dish Ackee nd Saltfish

I served it over coconut basmati rice

    About 10-15 minutes nd i put 3 sheets of Nori
