🌱Ingredients:-l
– 1 sheet ready to use puff pastry
– 1 block feta – suitable for vegetarians (crumbled)
– 300g frozen chopped spinach (defrosted & water squeezed out)
– 1 small onion (finely diced)
– large handful of cheddar cheese (grated)
– 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
– 1 tsp dried mint- salt & pepper to taste

🥄Method:
🌱1. In a bowl mix together the feta, spinach, onion, cheddar, nutmeg, mint, salt and pepper.
🌱2. Unroll the puff pastry sheet and spread the mix evenly over the pastry leaving approx 1cm edge at the top and bottom.
🌱3. Roll up the pasty sheet from the bottom as tight as you can, then cut into 1cm pieces.
🌱4. Place onto a lined baking tray and bake until crispy and brown (200°c fan for about 20 minutes). Bake on the bottom half of the oven first to bake the bottom, then move up to brown and bake the top.
