Make your own herb butter for great flavour
150g softened butter
3 garlic – mashed,
Plenty of chopped herbs
1 tsp salt –
Place it in the blender and blend together and spoon onto a piece of parchment or wrap and roll up
You can place in the fridge or even freeze it for up to 6 months.
This herb butter is delicious on steak, roasts, fish, chicken and roasted vegetables.
