I started with lots of protein powders and lower calorie processed foods, I’m trying to move to making more at home and eating more clean/Whole Foods! All of these meals lately I’ve loved and have all been under 500 calories, usually they all end up being around 300! I love to snack, so I usually have 300 cals for breakfast and lunch, and save a bit for a sweet treat or a larger dinner!

1) sourdough toast with a side of fage 0% yogurt, 1 banana and honey
2) protein oats with simple clean eats protein powder, banana, SF maple syrup
3) Turkey feta spinach meatball with oven roasted sweet potato and green giant cheese rice cauliflower and broccoli
4) sourdough with homemade guac and an over egg, grapes and clementines
5) banana pancakes made with 1 banana, Kodiak pancake mix and 1 egg with SF maple syrup (IK I poured too much lol)
6) spaghetti squash with olive oil, garlic and Parmesan!
