Taste was fantastic!
Kinda threw it together from a few recipes – half pork half beef, added in breadcrumbs, dry Italian seasoning, a lot of chilli flakes, parmesan
Then made a sauce in the meat fat leftovers – onion, garlic, tomato puree, nice quality tomatoes, basil & similar seasonings
Finished it all up with a ton of extra cheese, bit of butter, and a bunch of parsley!
Super meaty and rich, really lovely and definitely want to have another crack at it in the future
Secret is just let it cook for ages, I did the tomato sauce for about 30 mins on its own, then another 40 with the meatballs in, reducing down and mellowing out

I’ve literally never told someone to smoke more weed. You should smoke more weed. It clearly has great results.

Imo, the chiliflakes elevate this dish in a ridiculous way, I have no idea how, but when it blends with the beef,pork, salt and suger.

I love when the sauce gets that dark color from adding the meat and the depth of flavor is unbelievable!!
