This soup has been a lifesaver for me – it’s so good and quick & easy to make. I’ve been making a double batch the last few weeks and eating it whenever I get hungry (for lunch or between meals). It’s really filling with the few pasta noodles in there and worth the effort to have on hand. I throw rotisserie chicken in it sometimes as well. I also just take saltines and spoon the veggies on top to eat then drink the broth… it’s so good! (I sub 2 zucchinis instead of the green beans.)

I have been doing soup and it’s also such a life saver for me! I have fun mixing up the veggies and spices!
Also I always use bone broth instead of chicken stock for additional protein

this type of soup (like the wonder soup) is a must-have for when I am trying to cut calories!
