Hi friends!! Today we created a homemade chicken noodle soup, enough to feed a large family, and excellent warmed up for leftovers.

** Cost per serving around $1 – $1.80 depending on serving size and sale vs full price.

Ingredients:
1 rotisserie chicken, skin removed and cut up.
1 32 oz vegetable broth
1 32 oz chicken broth
1 16 oz box of ditalini
1 medium onion
1 16 oz bag of baby carrots
3 celery stalks
1 teaspoon minced garlic

Seasoning to taste:
Basil
Thyme
Oregano
Montreal chicken seasoning
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Extra virgin olive oil
