  1. 6 egg yolks
    170ml evaporated milk
    1 tin condensed milk (I personally used 3/4 of the condensed milk)
    Vanilla extract
    Lemon juice

    1/4 cup white sugar
    1/4 cup water

    Bake at 170/175 degrees celsius until a knife inserted comes out clean. It could take 25min to an hour depending on how thick the flan is.
