1. Boil the Pasta 2. While the pasta cooks, chop the scallions and crush the fresh garlic. Separate the white and green parts of the scallions. 3. Stir-fry the white parts of the scallions and the crushed garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. 4. Cook the Broccoli (see steps for that below if you need it). 5. ash the firm tofu with a fork or your hands and add it to the pan with the garlic and scallions. Stir-fry over high heat for 3-4 minutes until slightly golden. 6. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, onion powder, and a dash of black pepper. Mix well to coat the tofu evenly. 7. Combine Everything and enjoy

* Add some olive oil to a pan over medium heat. Add in the crushed clove of garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. * Add the broccoli along with the onion powder and garlic powder. * Add 1/2 cup of water, cover and steam for 3-4 minutes. * Remove from the pan and set aside uncovered.
