One of my favorite lunches- I mix cottage cheese with the tuna and have it on a toasted keto bun with apples and jicama on the side. I added a bit of arugula to the sandwich but it’s such a small amount that the calories are maybe like 2-3ish.

Oo I never thought to add cottage cheese, I feel like this would be so good with the buffalo tuna packets.

Is jicama good raw? I want to try it but have no clue how to prepare it.
