That actually looks so good I wanna eat fried rice with egg tomorrow. Bit heavy on the white onion for my taste, I’d make it with spring onion, carrot and sugar snap peas or green peas, but otherwise totally smashable.

Did they eat that?

Onion hater willing to eat downvotes over it, but if those onions weren’t in there I’d smash

This is why I always keep frozen peas and carrots on hand.
Edit: any frozen vegetable can work in a pinch

You telling me stirred fried this rice?

I would inhale this entire plate. Well done! Family is lucky to have you!

Did you use chili jam or msg?

I’ve seen worse on this thread. I would eat this

I’m sure it tastes good. I think if the onion pieces were smaller it would look better. Might taste even better too!

Solid. Not perfect, but I’d tear it up

I’d cut the onions a bit smaller.

Are you sure that’s what you made?

Hey this looks so familiar. I just posted my spam fried rice too.
Looks friggin good but I’d go with green onions instead of white onions
luxafelicity
Could use some veggies for color, but otherwise not all too bad.

You need to use day-old rice, right out of the fridge, for starters. It’s a whole thing that I don’t want to type out, but it’s pretty crucial for the right texture and all that.
Heat is your friend; your best bet is a carbon steel wok and burner. I hit mine with like 50k btu sometimes.
Look up some videos on YouTube by “uncle Roger” for how to cook fried rice. I learned that way, and once you get the feel, it’s super easy and tastes incredible.
You can also find some really good content by non-English speaking accounts. Watch their techniques too, once you understand what’s going on from uncle Roger.

It looks great! My only addition would be add a little green in there. Scallions maybe?

This looks pretty good, but ever since making teppenyaki style fried rice nothing is the same.

I’m not Uncle Roger, but it looks good to me.
Looks good to me
Im in for that
If you’re happy I’m happy. The rice grains are separate and well cooked. It looks good to me.
Onion chopped a little too large, and too little egg, but otherwise solid.
Onion size of ice cubes 😭
Slap my tits that looks tasty
We can’t taste it, this is not 3025
I love onions but I wouldn’t love the chunks that big. Still, smash.
I personally would like the onions diced so they cook more, but looks good nonetheless.
