Doesn’t look really good but it’s so filling and delicious!

I boiled all the veggies for a few minutes before tossing them in a pan with some olive oil, soy sauce, and chili sauce to give them some color. I then added a bit of water and let them cook for a few more minutes. Finally, I served them on a plate and topped them with cottage cheese and basil

80g broccoli
100g zucchini
105g carrots
130g potatoes
70g mushrooms
50g cottage cheese
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp chili sauce

You can also add lentils for extra protein.
