I decided to bring in some natural source of Magnesium. From the broccoli & green beans. But Spinach is missing, would have been great.
1. 2 semi hard boiled eggs
2. Half a cup of chopped fresh green French beans
3. Half a cup of Fresh broccoli (not blanched)
4. One small carrot chopped in dices (not blanched)
5. Half a cup of fresh button mushrooms
6. 1 Teaspoon of butter (herb butter would taste great)
